Grow Healthy Long Hair

Growing long and healthy hair
is everybody's wish. Hair grows long naturally, but
for some people it takes some time.

Another important thing to keep in mind is that just about everyone has a "terminal length" which is the longest your hair can grow based on the active growth period of your hair follicles (the growth cycle of individual hair follicles turns on and off as determined by your genetics) which is natural and you can't help it. But, you can definitely make your hair look more beautiful by following some quick and easy tips.

TIPS TO GROW YOUR HAIR:

  1. A proper diet is essential to your hair. This means that you need to have adequate amounts of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals to have healthy hair.

  2. Drinking plenty of water is good for your hair growth.

  3. Protecting your hair from an excessive exposure to sunlight and to salt water and chlorine.

  4. Do not use water that is too hot for your scalp and your hair.

  5. Try to use comb instead of hair brush.

  6. Let your hair get dry naturally. Using too much of hair dryers and other electronics can ruin your hair.

  7. One of the best and tested way to grow hair  faster is to have it trimmed regularly. A small trim to get rid of split ends will make hair grow faster.

  8. Deep condition your hair weekly.

  9. Try to use Herbal Shampoo which has less chemicals involved.

  10. Do not brush hair when it is wet, this causes breakage. Use a wide tooth comb.

  11. The best advice I can give you is proper nutrition. Eat food rich in protein (like eggs) and as much fruits and vegetables as you can.

  12. Stress also thins your hair and does not help the growth of it.

  13. A daily rinse with rosemary water will make hair grow faster.

  14. Warm some olive oil and massage this into your scalp and hair. Wrap in a towel and keep on overnight. In the morning, soak a towel in hot water, squeeze out, then wrap your hair and head in it for a few minutes. Repeat a few times then wash off the oil in your hair. Do this once a week.

  15.  Aloe vera is also a good herbal treatment to grow hair fast, long, and healthy. Simply rub a fresh open leaf over your scalp and hair. Leave on for an hour then rinse off. Do this daily for thick, long, and healthy hair.
