    CABBAGE SOUP DIET

Cabbage soup diet is one of the most well known and effective way to lose weight in a short span.
But remember this diet should only be followed for 7 days with a diet plan.

    Here is how it works:

Day 1: First day of this diet starts with the variety of fruits. On the first day you must only eat fruits along with the cabbage soup. You can eat whatever fruit you like except bananas. Have cabbage soup for every meal.

Day 2: Second day of this diet is a Vegetable day. You can chew on raw or steamed fresh vegetables along with the soup the whole day.

Day 3: Mix Days one and two, eat all the fruits and vegetables you want along with the soup the whole day. Avoid Baked Potato.

Day 4: Forth day is a banana day. Bananas with Skim Milk. Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your sweet cravings.

Day 5: Fifth day of this diet is a meat day. On this day, have chicken or beef in any form. Boiled, baked or steamed. Take your soup at least once this day.

Day 6: Sixth day is a mix of vegetables and meat day. You can have 2 or 3 steaks if you like with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once a day.

Day 7: Seventh day is the Brown rice day. Be sure to eat your soup along with the rice intake.

Here is the recipe to make Cabbage Soup.

Take an equal amount of chopped carrots, cabbage, tomatoes and capsicum.
Add one chopped onion and tomatoes in a pan and stir fry them in one tablespoon of olive oil. Then add rest of the vegetables and add 3 cup of water. Let them boil until the mixture becomes a little thick. Add one pinch of corn flour to make it consistent.
