5 Homemade Body Scrubs

Sea Salt and Almond Oil Scrub:
Add 1 cup of the sea salt and 1/2 cup of the Almond Oil.
Make a paste out of it and apply on your body Rinse it off after 15 minutes.

This scrub would bring natural glow to your skin.



Honey and Walnut Scrub:
Mix 3 tbsp of raw milk, 2 to 3 walnuts and 2 tbsp of honey. Grind this mixture to make a thick paste and apply it on the skin.

This scrub will help cleanse and honey will help in moisturizing your skin.



Oatmeal and Strawberry Scrub:
Take 1/4 cup of oats, 4 to 5 fresh strawberries and 2 tbsp milk.
Mash the strawberries and mix the oats in it. Then add milk in it to
make a thick paste. Now gently massage the scrub on your skin.

This scrub will smooth and soften your skin.



Citrus Salt Scrub:

Take 1/2 cup sea salt,1/2 cup olive oil and 1 tbsp citrus lemon juice.
Mix them all together. Rub on the skin while in the shower and rinse it off.
This will give you a clean and refreshing feeling.

Peppermint Scrub:

Take 1/4 cup grape seed oil, 2 tbsp spearmint oil and 1/2 cup sugar.
Mix them all together and apply this mixture on the body. Leave it on for some time and then rinse it off.

This scrub will be so refreshing after a long day.

    Yes for sure you can use the same scrub on your face for exfoliating.
    But remember sea salt can sometimes be harsh on your skin if you have sensitive skin.

    Otherwise it's best for exfoliating and removing dead cells.
