Home Remedies for Fair Complexion in Winter

Here are few quick and effective remedies to have Fair and Glowing complexion during winter.


1- Here is a quick remedy to brighten a dull complexion:

Mix together 1/2 teaspoon of yeast or tomato puree and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Apply to the face, let stand for 20 minutes the rinse with warm water. Honey will glow your skin instantly and will make it super soft.
2- Make a paste of gram flour, lime juice and milk. Make a paste. Apply a thick layer on your face and leave for twenty minutes. This will remove the dead cells and tan complexion.
3- Mash up some over ripe papaya and make a paste. Apply it on your face to fade away blemishes and to even out the skin tone.
4- Mix oatmeal with curd and tomato juice and apply it on the face. Keep it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. It helps lightens the skin.
5- Orange peel powder is an excellent product to enhance your complexion. Grind a few pieces of the orange peel to from a paste. Add 2 teaspoons of Rose water in this paste and mix it well. Apply this paste all over the face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cool water.
6- Egg white nourishes your skin and is known to cleanse, exfoliate and lighten the skin complexion. The egg white also helps to counter the wrinkles and gives you a youthful and glowing skin. 
Extract some egg white in the bowl and whip it to foam. Then add a teaspoon of yogurt and a teaspoon of lemon juice in it. Mix it to form a smooth paste and apply all over the face. Leave it for 15 minutes until it dries and wash with warm water.
7- Almond mask, take few almonds and grind them to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon of rose water as it acts as a natural toner for the skin and imparts a healthy glow. Add 2 teaspoons of whole milk and mix well to from a smooth paste. Apply all over the face and keep for 15 minutes to allow the skin to absorb it. Rinse off with warm water.
