Home Remedies to protect your skin during winter:

Winter is the time when our skin needs some extra care. Because of climate changes our skin becomes extra dry and sensitive during this period of time. Best way to keep your skin healthy looking and glowing is to keep your skin Moisturized.

1- Hydration: 
To hydrate your skin and keep it young and healthy.
Mix these ingredients together-
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs mayonnaise
2 egg yolks
Half Avocado
 

Mix these ingredients together and massage into your skin and leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off. This will keep your skin moisturized.


2- Avocado: 
Take the fresh ripe avocado and mesh the avocado into smooth paste. Apply this paste on the dry skin and face. Wash it off after 15 minutes. Avocado contains the vitamin E helps for the skin care. If the skin is too dry then adds the 1 tbsp of honey to the avocado paste. Honey keeps the moisture in the skin.

3- Olive Oil and Egg Yolk: 
Olive oil is one of the key secret ingredients used in practices of taking care of flaky dry skin. It is a popular natural antioxidant enriched with vitamin E and K that works wonders when a teaspoon of it is combined with two egg yolks and whipped together. The egg yolks have vitamin A that controls the shedding of the skin and make it soft and smooth. 

For better results, add a few drops of lime juice and rose water. Mix them all together and use it on your dry skin.

4- Papaya: 
Take the ripe papaya and ripe banana mesh and mix them well. Apply this paste all over the dry skin. You will get the best results and it's the easiest remedy for winter dry skin.

5- Lemon Juice and Sugar: 
An exfoliating scrub made by lemon juice and sugar leaves your skin soft and glowing. Mix a teaspoon of sugar and mix it with juice of half a lemon, use cotton balls to scrub all over the face. You will see instant results. 

6- Almond Oil: 
Take 2 tbsp of milk powder and 2 tbsp of almond oil and mix them well. Apply this paste on the dry skin wash it after 15 minutes. The milk powder has the moisturizer properties and almond oil contains the vitamin E both helps a lot for the dry skin.

7- Petroleum Jelly and Glycerin: 
For years, people have used petroleum jelly and glycerin oil to pamper their skin. A mixture of the two is the perfect panacea for all kinds of skin conditions that are a consequence of dry skin. Use equal amounts to make a mixture, and then apply to your dry skin.
